If you saw ambulances driving all over town before and after seder in Israel Monday night, don’t worry: It (mostly) wasn’t emergencies.
Turns out families with elderly relatives with special medical needs (eg, they’re on oxygen, have limited mobility, etc) book ambulances so their loved ones can come home for Seder. The ambulances pick them up at their institution, deliver them to their family seder, and then return them home afterwards, full of pot roast and good will.
Like Wolt deliveries, only they come by ambulance, not by motorcycle.

Happy Passover to those celebrating.
Or as they’re saying here in Israel this year, in place of the traditional “Chag Sameach” (Happy Holiday), “Chag Herut” - Freedom Holiday. Let our hostages go.
Holiday of Freedom to all.
(The yellow ribbon symbolizes our hostages.)
